If you are not satisfied with Yapper for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can either:
- Email us at info@yapper.vip with your account email and the reason for your request (optional).
- Contact Paddle's support team directly — Paddle is our merchant of record and handles all payment processing.
Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-Day Period
After the 30-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
